Cite user manual

Hello,

I'd like to cite the C-L wiki (https://sourceforge.net/projects/caesar-lisflood/) in my thesis. However, it is not clear to me who contributed to writing it. I don't want to assume and risk leaving somebody out. Tom, could you please let me know whom I should include as authors?
