Good morning all,

I'm a MSc student from University of Trento who has implemented the CAESAR Lisflood model to a UK basin (both in reach and catchment mode) in order to model the interplay of climate change and morphological processes influence on flood risk.

My question is: the reach scale mode allows to save flow velocity maps for each timestep, however I haven't seen a way to save also flow depths (which would be crucial for the final assessment). I might have missed it, does anyone know if it's possible?

Thank you in advance,
Francesco

Hi Francesco,

If you have waterdepth checked in the save menu – then it should save a text file of the water depths along with the velocity maps.. the time step for when you save can be set on the first tab of the options.

Get back to me if I’ve misunderstood.

Tom
