New use case for discussion: Authentication Provider / Multi-identity

Hi all,

Here is a quick write up of the use case I raised for discussion on
Wednesday and where we hit on some interesting associated questions

I think this is an interesting one for us to discuss a little as it is
not a use case that primarily results in a session being terminated.
It also raises some interesting questions around if/how we are going
to seek involvement from telco's in the CAEP effort given the
widespread use of telephone numbers as user identities for services.

Anyway questions, comments, additional use cases all appreciated
