Hi all,
One of the action items from CAEP/SSE workshop last week, was to consolidate all submitted use cases into a single document using a common format. We had also decided that we will first agree on a format / template before converting all the use cases.
Attached is a proposed template for consolidating the use cases, that Rich Smith, Jordan Wright and I worked on. Please review and let us know if you have any objections. It is a short document. Page 1 has the template and page 2 shows an example of filling this template. Please focus on page-1 only and let us know if you agree.
If you prefer you can also add your comments/changes directly to this document at:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1VAWPusuX-CkABGLbLAcr2vkLoT4TepTD
We await your response until end of day February 25th (Tuesday), after which we will assume you agree J Our next task is to consolidate all use cases to this template, hence the rush.
Best regards, and have a great weekend.

Hi Rob,
The today EoD deadline is for everyone to agree (or raise objections) to the format/template. Once that is done, Jordon and I will work on converting all previously submitted use cases to this format, in a single document.
As for new use cases, there is no specific deadline. Of course the sooner the better. Also at some point we will just take the use cases we have as input to first draft of SSE spec.
Best regards,
--- Asad

I am happy with the template - good work.
Do we have a deadline in mind for submitting our use cases using this format? I assume we don't need to have all of those captured by EOD today?
Cheers
Rob

Looks great and I am sure we can make tweaks as needed when we have a few of the use cases documented. How do we submit use cases? Write and email them to you or put them online in some file?
Cheers,
Morteza
