As we get set for the next in-person CAEP workshop meeting on Feb11 & 12 in San Jose I wanted to get attendance numbers so as we can get a big enough room organised at Cisco as well as making sure we have enough catering etc.

What time do we plan to start on the 11^th and what time do we plan to finish on the 12^th?  That information would be useful for booking flights and hotels.

I don’t think we specified that when we picked the dates but I think the model of two half days has worked well. The main question though is how much f2f time we need this time? Do we have an agenda for this meeting? I think the big one is to review or work through a proposed solution to address the use cases. I think we may want to give ourselves a bit more time that previous times. Thoughts?

Hi all,

Just an update on this from this weeks CAEP working group call. The times for the IRL workshops are agreed as being:

1:00PM - 5:00 PM Tuesday Feb 11th

09:00AM - 1:00PM Wednesday Feb 12th

All times are in the Pacific timezone and location for hotel booking will be San Jose. Specific address for the meeting will be sent out to registered attendees nearer to the event.

If you are planning on attending the CAEP workshop on Feb 11th and
12th either IRL or via video please fill in this form so as we can
ensure we have enough space for everyone along with catering etc. At
the moment we have responses from 9 of us, 7 attending in person and 2
attending remotely.
