Dear fellow voters,
Here's the second of my summary emails with links to my blog posts about how I'm voting in the November election. This one covers elected officials at the Federal, State, Alameda County, and BART district level, plus has links to friends' reocmmendations for other parts of the East Bay.

Here's the super-brief summary (as usual, boldface indicates the races I feel most strongly about). For details, read the full post:

Federal & State Elected Officials:
President/Vice-President: Kamala Harris & Tim Walz
US Senator (both races): Adam Schiff
US Congress, 12th District: Lateefah Simon
CA Senate, 7th District: Jesse Arreguin
CA Assembly, 14th District: Buffy Wicks

Alameda County Elected Officials:
Supervisor, 5th District: John Bauters
NO NO NO on the Recall of Pamela Price, Alameda County District Attorney

Special Districts:
BART District 3: Barnali Ghosh
BART District 7: Victor Flores

Oakland and more East Bay races - see full post for links from Edie & Nathan.

I previously sent out my recommendations on Berkeley Ballot Measures and Berkeley Elected Officials. State Propositions will be coming soon!

Please feel free to forward this to people you think would be interested, encourage people to visit the blog and sign up for this email list (see the footer below).

If you have feedback, please comment on the blog -- I answer blog comments before I answer individual emails. As usual, all views in this email and on the blog are entirely my own and are not those of my workplace or any organization I'm involved in.

Thanks for your interest,
Jeff
