Looking for the community's thoughts on this.

The current editor for our FreeCAD module uses a maximum line length of 79 characters, which is the PEP8 standard. The editor displays a warning if you go over 79 characters. I don't really have a problem with doing line continuations in my code, but I find that the 79 character limit makes it harder to fit my inline comments in. I like inline comments in my CadQuery code, especially when creating examples. I would like to bump the max up to 119 characters, but I wanted to get some feedback first. There are lots of opinions out there on this topic, but what really matters is that our choices make sense for our use case.

So, is there a compelling reason to stick with 79 characters in our case? Is it a big deal to bump the maximum up to 119 characters.

After reading the reasoning for the 80 character length in PEP8, I've ended up adding a max line length setting, and defaulted the setting to 79 characters (PEP8 standard).
