My cell phone I'm using is Galaxy Note 9 to download cadpage app I would like to know what is going on with this app why is it keep doing what it's doing in this picture cuz it wasn't doing this at first ever since I've been using it

What are you using as your default web browserer?
 
Can you send me a screen capture of any error messages displayed when
you try to download the support app?
