Greyed Mapping Button on certain calls

I reported my problem recently about my Mapping button only allowing me to click General Alarm Calls. It seems that any other call its greyed out. First I thought it was because I was still using the free trial so I went and purchased the subscription but it is still the same. So now I'm waiting on a solution from you guys. Thanks
