Our customer needs the AccountID (Not the developer's key) for our
App.
Both our customer and I went through the search and Support screens
and could not find it.

Sent a support ticket in the order day. Did not not a reply back?

So how do you get to the support page to get the AccountID for exiting
App what was listed in your API partner dropdown as AaaTeX for our
Shopping Cart Integrator (for QuickBooks).

Thanks

Just to be clear on what you are requesting ... You need to get the AccountID value for an Account that your Developer Key has already been granted access to?

Yes, just what it the URL and how can I get my customers to be able
to find it.
I do have the screen shots to show them but I don't have the URLs.

After they login to MAP (in our new UI) ...
Hover over the "My Account" menu item ...
Hover over the "Developer Network" sub-menu item ...
Select "Account Authorizations"

Sorry. I misspoke. They do not have access already. They need to add
it to AaaTeX (API Partner).

This use to be there (at least as of July 9th 2009). It was on the
send page where you ask for the Developer Key but then click on
1. Authorize API access to your accounts to a third part developer
here.

Can't see this anywhere now.

I think that that is the one that you are looking for.

As a side note ... We have now created a bit more of an automated way to have this setup.  Check out our new "Admin Service" (http://developer.channeladvisor.com/display/cadn/Admin+Service).  The "RequestAccess" method allows a Developer to request access to an Account.  And the "GetAuthorizationList" method will retrieve the list of current Account Authorizations (and their enabled state) for the Developer.

Thanks,

The api should not be so diffcult to find.

We will look into the automated access.
