Amazon Seller Central TotalAvailableQuantity incorrect

For the most part the data I get back for the inventory is what i expect however, for one of the items the TotalAvailableQuantity field says -4 while the Available field in Amazon Seller Central is 75.
It's true there are several other fields but, there's no combination of those values that would in any way translate to 75.
