Deleting Ad's / Withdrawling Listings

Hey Guys,

Does anybody have a solution to figure out when I try to Delete an Ad, if it returns a Failure, how can I tell if the ADID simply does not exist any more, or does the Ad have Open Listings?

The second question is, is there a way to get the Listing ID of an Ad?  That way if I think the Ad has listings I could just do Withdraw listing and remove the listing in question.

Sorry for the delay in responding to you, Walter.

If you intend to remove any open listings in order to delete the ad, you can go ahead and submit a WithdrawListings request.  The response will indicate if any open listings were found that can and will be withdrawn.

ListingID is not strictly required for WithdrawListings.  You can submit a SKU instead, and any open listings for that SKU will be withdrawn, if possible.
