No detail lines on order pull REST api

Newbie here.  When I pull the orders down using the /v1/Orders api call, I am not getting any detail lines. Only the headers.  I know this is probably a simple one but a little guidance would be greatly appreciated.

You’ll need to expand items, which is included in the query string.
