Is there a list of all the ShippingCarrier and ShippingClass values that are used for the shipping methods for the different third-party marketplaces?

The carrier will be the name of the marketplace, and the class will be
whatever shipping option was selected by the buyer. We don't have a
strictly-defined list because the marketplaces occasionally change the
shipping options they offer to buyers, so we simply pass along the
value provided to us by the marketplace. If you are interested in
specific marketplaces, I can probably find out what the current
options are based on recent orders.

The marketplaces I need values for are Amazon, Newegg, eBay, and Buy.com.

configured mappings, you can expect one of the following carrier/class
combos:

Newegg Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days)
Newegg One-Day Shipping
Newegg Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
Newegg Two-Day Shipping
Buy.com Marketplace Standard
Buy.com Marketplace Expedited
Buy.com Marketplace Two Day
Buy.com Marketplace One Day
Buy.com Marketplace Same Day
