Is there an API or data feed available to find out which Amazon FBA orders were returned from the customer?

We are able to capture Amazon FBA sales from the Channel Advisor order feed that originates from Amazon.  However, how do we capture Amazon FBA customer order returns besides manually retrieving a download report from seller central?  Is there an existing API or data feed available from Channel Advisor or Amazon Seller Central that can be used to capture this data systematically?

Since Amazon handles FBA refunds directly, ChannelAdvisor is out of
the loop in that scenario. You will have to retrieve that information
from Amazon. I wouldn't know if they expose the data through any sort
of API, so I recommend you check with Amazon about that.

Thanks Marshall. I did check with Amazon Seller Support and they informed us that there is an API available to get FBA RMA data directly from Amazon:

GET_FBA_FULFILLMENT_CUSTOMER_RETURNS_DATA

I attached the reference manual that they provided.  Do you think channel advisor will have this data feed available for us to call or will we still need to call this API directly from amazon?

As far as I know, we have no plans to tap into that. You will need to
handle it on your own.
