Owner & Designer Strategies for BIM Deployment
Presented by Dr. Ralph Kreider & Robert Fraga
MBP (McDonough Bolyard Peck)
Many of us are familiar with certain aspects of BIM, such as the benefits of improved coordination and communication, as well as the efficiency associated with 3D design. But what other benefits are there and how do we insure these are incorporated into the project delivery program?
Since owners are ultimately the prime beneficiary of BIM, and since the A/Es and CMs they select are charged with setting the foundation for BIM implementation, it is important that both be fully conversant with the strategies and tools available to optimize BIM use and insure its mission that the project is fulfilled. Join us for this eye-opening webinar that will discuss the tools and strategies with clear direction to get you started, including:
- Learn how BIM will be used
- Become familiar BIM data workflows
- Review BIM Implementation guides
- Examine construction documents and BIM addendums
- Understand the importance of commissioning
Listen in on this webinar and learn about all the organization tools available to help insure that you gain the full value of BIM on your projects.
