The students those are receiving the joining dates from various organizations and want them to be postpond due various reasons including non availability of provisional degrees should write the mails directly to the companies from where the mail are coming to them.

In your mail you must mention that you are from thapar university, patiala and selected in campus interviews.

You also mention why you want to dealy your joining from the date already mentioned.

The organizations verify the facts from training & placements and accordingly the new joining dates will come.
