-Talk about the foll:

• History about us ( emphasizing on how the school requested us to start this )
• Goals
• Interact with them to add to our goals
• Request to communicate
• How to register?
• Why to register? How will they be benefited by this?
• School's participation
• How much money they have to contribute? Money will be used for arranging alumni meets, events requiring money and funding poor kid's education.
• Website
• Managing money - joint account, receipts
• Short term and long term plans of the alumni
• Activities for ppl to take part in

1. Technical talks
2. Soft skills
3. Science club
4. Art club
5. Sports club
6. Quiz club

We need to decide on the activities now or else people will lose interest. And so we thought of putting the "clubs" idea into activities. 

2>>As there is no head count, we aren't arranging for snacks or anything. Just a simple 1-2 hour meet...

3>>Shridhari mam wasn't present at school. We had to ask her the time, money part and her opinion on our goals/clubs/what does she want from us?

2. Making arrangements for Feb 8th like where to conduct it. Apparently, there are PUC rooms which can hold 100 people.
3. Finalize remaining stuff

hey is there anyone in the group who knows web designing, or web crafting I can the site registered at very nominal amount through my cousin, actually he does this as a small business over there. so if no one has objection i shall get the registration of the site but the designing part has to be done by any persons from here.

Arjun,
            Appreciate your will to create the web site for the school. This topic has been debated multiple times and the following conclusion reached: Considering the fact that the website is completely dedicated to the school and our school being a private school, its in the schools interest to have a website and its the alumni's responsibility to just indicate the importance of having it and also help school to get in touch with the resources who can help then achieve this. It would not be effective to use the alumni's money to maintain a schools website.

hey, inviting teachers on the 7th of Feb. woudl be too late I think. They would have other plans lined up for the sunday probably. I don't think all of them can make it on that day in case we invite them on saturday. It would be better if they are invited much earlier. We can put a word to Shridhari mam to formally invite all the teachers for sunday (since none of can invite the other teachers personally on a week day) .

as of speaking with the committee of the school I will do that too but i feel thats the students responsibilty to work on that in our free time as that can be done by us itself, and regarding the updates we can then leave it to the concenred persons. I am ready to speak to the management as being a member of that Trust I will take the responsibilities of that, as far as i want is tht any of us is ready to spend time to create the website is what i just want yo know
