Kudos to Narayana for the feedback forms. Apart from this form, do you all think it is necessary to maintain a register of all the members who get themseves registered? IF so, I can go ahead and allot a register to have their names, contact nos., year of passing, postal addresses and a column for the amt they've paid to the register (optional) and finally their signature.
