1>>Welcome speech by Padmaja mam and a minute of homage to Late KN Seshadri sir.

2>>Briefing about the alumni and the summary of the activities and the events taken up till date by the core team.

Suggestions by various individuals in the diverse field they can contribute and the fields the school is looking for any kind of backing:

--Personality development

--Choreography

--Java [10^th Kids study this]

--Softskills/Event Management/Personality Development

--Talks by pioneers from various fields.

--Help kids understand their Social Responsibility.

Etc etc….

Major meet planned on April 5^th, 2009 at 10 Am Sharp; with an aim of involving the major chunk of School, states and the ICSE alumni and tap into their skill sets and resource they have. Plus, we plan to be completely active and working by the next academic year starts.

ACTIVITY:

The activities or the fields of contribution mentioned above must have owners. This will happen over weeks and interested individuals shall be heading the respective teams.

 

3>>Bank Account creation and transparency of each transactions. Also the total money collected will be put across in a separate mail.

ACTIVITY

--Sharath [2000 batch] shall be providing the initial excel sheet disclosing the money collected and utilized too over the official Google group ID.

--Sumanth to send out invites of the google groups to all individuals who attended the meet.
