Cadambi Alumni Meet FEB 8th! --- MOM on 1 Feb, 2009

Discussions, Decisions and Action Item:

1) Action items for 8th February event

  > Shridhari mam will be arranging a class room which can accommodate ~70 students (Mam will collect those class room keys on Saturday), a note book for registering alumni and School seal for receipts.
 > Mam will also invite all our teachers to join us on Feb 8.
 > Food for the event: Coffee and Biscuit will discussed in detail on Saturday meeting.
 > Guru will send a Cadambi group invite mail to Shridhari mam and Padmaja mam.
 > Guru will arrange a receipt book to registration by Saturday meeting.  
 > Sumanth will try to arrange X Cadambi batch photos to the event more colourful.
 > Sumanth will send a Cadambi group invite mail to Vanajakshi mam.
 > Some buddy take a action item to bring there camera to click snaps for the event.
 > Start discussion on the group mail about the contents of the speech. (Taushik,Nandan)
 
2) Activities and Agenda of the Alumni Meet

Feb 8th 2009 Sunday
10:00    All Alumna's and teachers are requested to assemble in the classroom.
10:02    2 minutes silence on the memory of late. Shri Sheshadri Sir 
10:05    Welcome speech by Padmaja mam.
History about us ( emphasizing on how the school requested us to start this) 
10:15   A Brief speech about the Goals, motivations and activities of Alumni group by Taushik. Also introduce the importance of Core steering team. (Nandan or Ashwin will host the speech if Tausik backs out)
10:30  Core team self Introduction and there experience so far.
10:45  Socializing and Breaking the Ice
          a) Asking every body to introduce them self with there Name, batch and about there thoughts about the Alumni group.
          b) Need to ask Cadambians to share there best experiences during there school days. Each experience will take us back to out good old days.
11:30  Doubts session
11:40  Conclusion by Nandan
11:45  End with a thanking note by Shridhari  mam.

(We will pass the Registration book during the breaking the ice activity for registration and collect the registration fees after the conclusion)

3) The guide lines about the usage of the funds.

 > 100% accountable.
 >  Money will be used for funding underprivileged student education, Arranging activities for students to take part in Technical talks, Soft skills, Science club, Art club, Sports club, Quiz club etc
This fund will also be utilized to organize Alumni meet annually. (Date is not yet discussed)
> Usage of the money will be dictated by a steering team comprised of Alumni Core team, Principals of both the institutions (ICSE & STATE) and other teachers who volunteer themselves in alumni activities. Every decisions will be transparent and money will be accountable by the any point of time.
> We will be collecting a Nominal minimum amount of 100.00 Rs from every alumni for registration. Any funds or donations are also accepted.
> The funds collected will be deposited in a Joint account between Shridhari and Vanajakshi mam.
