Action Item for the week from Feb 16-22:
Sharath to meet Principal and finalize on the Bank Account creation.Target to complete this activity before the next meeting on Feb 22nd.
To identify about 5 additional members for the core group. Currently, Jyothika and Srivathsa have been identified as two potential candidates.
By next week to come up with a probable list of activities to be conducted on April 5th. This will be finalized after getting the inputs from the group core team and Sridhari Mam. Sharath to get inputs of Sridhari Mam.
(Guru,Yathindra and Sumanth)To use the feedback forms and recognize the skill set of the various alumnus and interact with them to organize the events that each alumnus has shown interest in.
The core group to work on inviting more members (from their respective batches) to join the Alumni association.
