Discussions, Decisions and Action Item:
The main topic of discussion was the meet planned on April 5th and the granularity of the events on that day. The events are still amorphous and we were unable to finalize on all but decided to have an event for the present or the latest alumni join's that is the present 10the class students.
>>Plan for the April 5th meet: Due to the presence of the present 10th on that day, we did decide that it would be better that we give them the presentation we prepared earlier. This is a presentation on soft skills, communication skills etc, skills which they will really need once they are out of school. This is posted on the google groups.
Action items:
----Need to make sure that the 10th Students will turn up in full strength on April 5th also we have the 9th so taht it can help them? Put in ur comments
----People interested to talk are welcomed. Please step forward.
----We also require people from versatile fields so that they could speak their experience and help these kids.
>>Other events other than the talk could not be finalised, require your inputs on what we should do on that day and how to go about that day.
I am hoping that i will get some honest responses back. Please take couple of minutes and revert back please.
