support for running PhyloP on HAL files

Hello,

I read in http://gensoft.pasteur.fr/docs/hal/v2.1/hal_README.pdf about “Optional support of PhyloP evolutionary constraint annotation” that you are “working on prototype support for running PhyloP on HAL files”.   Is this work in progress still or should I expect to find it solid? 

Or am I misdirecting my question.
