A bug was fixed that prevented many node types from being opened via ctrl-alt-enter. Esp. those that were inserted via Cactus' "Insert Safari links" context menu.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about do this:

- open some page in Safari

- switch to Cactus

- right click some node and select "Insert Safari links"

- expand the new node (whose name is the url of the Safari page)

- select some nodes & do ctrl-alt-enter

P.S.: If you want to automatically keep the stuff opened this way, make sure that the cache is enabled in the "application" preferences tab and that the cache dir      is ok. There's a button right to the path that selects a folder.
