Hi all,

recently I updated my cozy and trusty PPC/10.4 environment to a 10.6 macbook pro.

With it came the upgrade to current versions of pyobjc, py2app and Xcode.

Calling an upgrade smooth does not apply here... I really didn't like it.

The new pyobjc version (from 1.4 to 2.5) is much stricter and I had to reorganize a lot. Putting classes in separate files to avoid circular inclusions; repairing... the worst part should be over.

As it is with Python standalone apps, they require minimally the build system. So the next versions will be 10.6 and up and intel only.

On the plus side: the executable size goes down from nearly 26MB to 17MB.
