Due to numerous spam messages by new members and an ownership change,
policy changes are being put in place.
All new members will have posts moderated before posting.
Request permission to post unmoderated messages and pages for detailed
listing information, especially if you are a commercial real estate
property owner, commercial real estate agent or commercial broker.
Provide link to your website if you have one.
Northern California brokers and agents are encouraged to post and or
join.
Posting spam or unrelated non commercial listings or commercial
property needs is grounds for blocking from group posting and/or
expulsion from group. Repeat offenders will be permanently blocked
from group.
