Dear CACPA Members and Friends,

It is the time of the year we are planning for our traditional CACPA Annual Supplier's Day Seminar again.  This year, we have a wonderful program (Please find the seminar announcement in the Attachment) with 2 outstanding speakers, one from our visiting Chinese Cosmetics Enterprise Delegate and one from one of our distinguished  members covering the topics from new development and trend of Chinese cosmetics industry to the frontier technology innovation and applications in personal care, thanks to the hard work of our Secretary Dr. Zhigang Hao of Colgate and Lily Tao of Beijing Daily Chemical Society.  This year, we will have the opportunity to meet and connect with not only one another, but also with the visiting Chinese Cosmetics Enterprise delegates including Beijing Daily Chemical Association, Beijing Technology and Business University, OSM Group, Pehchaolin, Guangzhou Chinabeauty Ad, and others.

Last year you entrusted me to be the CACPA president starting 2017 and I am very grateful for that.   Since then, we had a successful transition from our past president Dr. Evelyn Su as described in our recent winter's newsletter prepared by Dr. Chunhua Li, as attached in case you have not seen it.  I'm looking forward to working with all of you to continue creating opportunities to foster connectivity and leadership, and grow our CACPA to increase the influence and impact on cosmetics and personal care industry.

It is my sincere hope that you would support CACPA and look forward to seeing you at the Suppliers’ Day and the Seminar in Javits Center, NYC next Tuesday!

Best Regards

Jeff Wu, Ph D
