[CACNE] RSVP for the 2010 New Student Reception

[Note: due to anticipated demand, we may be limiting attendance for
this event. First come, first serve - paid CACNE members have
priority]

Hello Golden Bears!

And now, the information you've all been waiting for - the CACNE New
Student Reception! 190 young men and women from New England have been
admitted to the University of California Class of 2014. Please join
us on Sunday, April 18 as we welcome these students and their parents
to the Cal Family! Refreshments will be provided, please RSVP and
bring Cal spirit.

When: Sunday, April 18th, 2009 from 1-4pm
Where: Sherr Residence (36 Old Farm Rd; Wellesley Hills, MA 02481)

Public transportation:
Commuter Rail (Framingham/Worcester Line) - South Station to Wellesley
Farms: 12:45-1:15pm
Commuter Rail (Framingham/Worcester Line) - Wellesley Farms to South
Station: 3:35-4:05pm or 3:55-4:28pm

NOTE: South Station is on the Red Line and Silver Line
NOTE: Don't get confused by the several Wellesley-named commuter rail
stops. After Wellesley Farms (the one you want) there is Wellesley
Hills and Wellesley Square.

Carpooling:
If you are not near a public transportation line and you are
interested/need to carpool, please let us know via the RSVP and email.

Volunteering:
If you are interested in helping with setting up this event, cleaning
up this event, providing rides to new students, or calling new
students to help notify them of the event and answer their questions,
please let me know via email.
