Q. Can the Amendment/Change in Color combination of LOGO in Trademark is allowed by filling form TM-M? or under any Another form ?

Fact:

1. Trademark Application is under process of registration.

2. we want to change only color combination in LOGO, Design are same.

3.Change due to objection in combination of Colors in LOGO filled by opposition party.
