The Riverside mesonet is down, but the Plymouth mesonet is showing the common late-morning wind-direction shift from North to South.  Even while the winds in Plymouth were from the South, the Tremonton mesonet has shown winds from the North.  However, as I write this, North to South shift may be happening in Tremonton.  Stay tuned.

I'm heading out to SD from Logan in about 20 min. - Prob. be to launch
by 1:45 or so. I'm fairly certain the Southerlies will kick in in
the next little while. A little less cloud cover would be nice, but I
have the afternoon off so I'm heading out there to check it out!
