  • We don't have meeting tonight! I hope most of you figured this out, since I'm sending this out after 7!!
  • YOU ROCK! Relay was absolutely amazing, and I know everyone is incredibly proud of everything you guys accomplished--- you saved so many lives this past weekend and you should feel so proud of everything our event accomplished!
  • If you have things living in your room/car that you looked at and think, "yup.. not mine" from after the event, shoot me a list of things by Friday and I'll help figure out it's rightful home! (ex: Esmeralda! I have the jacket and hug shirt you're looking for! And I have acquired a third red and yellow sports cooler that isn't actually my sorority's... if it's yours, holler!) Additionally, to aid the match up process, please let me know if you're missing something (ex: i abandoned an attendance clicker and a grey american apparel sweater in various places throughout the event!)
  • Lastly, start thinking about positions for next year! And! Do your chairs and future committees a favor: each of you should write a letter with what went well, and what you would change for next year. This should primarily focus on your individual committee over the course of the last 9 months, however, should you feel like writing a second letter about the event as a whole, please do! Be sure to attach a contact sheet for all the peeps you reached out to over the planning process so you don't have to reinvent the wheel next year, and any documents that you created in planning (schedules, databases, flyers). Please print these and bring them to next Tuesday's meeting! We're building transition binders in the easiest way possible! If you want bonus brownie points- attach a digital version of the files as well! (I have CDs for anyone who may need them!)
All the best,
Erin Osmak
