Hi all, 

I was at the Natural Resources Assembly hearing yesterday and am happy to say that AB 2253 (Boerner) Solid waste: products: environmental marketing claims, was pushed through to the next phase! They will now go to the Committee of Appropriations. 

Unfortunately, AB 2226 (Rubio) Repealing the plastic bag ban, was moved to April 13 and I cannot attend the hearing today to give my "me too" statement. If anyone is available that day to attend, please let me know.
