Meeting Yesterday - Please Respond

Thank you guys for coming yesterday!  Excellent and to-the-point meeting. 

Please welcome Brother Yemi Awoniyi and Sister Atinuke Aminu to the group!

Brother Adeola, Sister Amber, and Sister Tola we miss you!

As we discussed, our next two events will be held on Saturday, August 23rd and Sunday August 24th. 

Church BBQ and Game Day - Saturday, August 23, 2014

We agreed to this date.  I have spoken to the youth, pastor, the church secretary, and the women.  We are good to go!

Time: What time do you guys think is best?  Remember that the sun will be out in full effect.  (Of course, we will pick a park where we can reserve a pavilion.)  How is 2 pm?  (Means people will show by 3/4 and we should be done by 7/8.)  PLEASE RESPOND ON TIME SUGGESTION. 

Location:
Buffalo Run Park in Missouri City seems to be the best/closest park (5 minutes away).  However, I have called and they only have a 10 seater pavilion available.  The cost is $6/hour.  This park has a volleyball court and playground equipment.

Community Park may be a better fit although it is farther away (15 minutes away).  Pavilion 2 is available and can supposedly fit 25 people (includes four tables and a barbecue pit).  The cost is $6/hour.  This park has basketball courts, a volleyball court, playground equipment, and soccer fields.

I looked into City of Houston parks and it's a lot more complicated to reserve and determine availability.

PLEASE RESPOND ON WHICH YOU THINK WE SHOULD USE.
