As most of you may know I own S/V Corsair, 1980 CR38 Hull #31. I have recently purchased Integrity Yacht Sales.  The brokerage has its HQ at Herrington Harbour North in Deale, MD with sales offices in Annapolis, MD and a new office in Oriental, NC.  I'd love to become the "go to" broker for Cabo Rico owners. To that end I'd like to extend a special offer to members of the list who are selling their boat. If you list your Cabo Rico with Integrity the normal 10% commission will be reduced to 7% and, if the boat is located on the US East Coast, the brokerage will deliver the boat to Herrington Harbour Marina (just south of Annapolis) where it will gain maximum exposure in a great market.
