New Caltrans Director

Hi Gang

I like to think of myself as very knowledgeable in regard to Caltrans issues but somehow this important bit of info slipped by me around July 1 of this year - a new Caltrans Director replacing Tony Taverez who was previously appointed Director in 2022

If you were already aware of this you are more up-to-date then I was.
