E-Bike Article and Possibly New Bike Sign (Modified R5-6)

Yesterday's Ventura Star had a front page article regarding E-Bike issues that I found of interest.

The article also contained a photo of a "No E-Bikes" sign (a modified version of R5-6) that I found of interest.   

I'm not familiar with this sign - but maybe I've lived under a rock for tooooo long and am out of touch.   I just checked the new version of our state's recently released MUTCD and it not in there.

I like the design - and if the sign is something new to all of us perhaps we could consider asking the CTCDC to implement its use - and nationally too.
