UK Cyclist Sues Town

Please don't forward this to anyone unless you read it and agree with the lawsuit claim:  that the wheel stop the cyclist crashed into was unpainted, unrelectorized, and did not have a plastic "safety" bollard on top of it to make it more visible. It says nothing about the segregated facility itself, which is apparently shared with buses.
