Another "confusion piece" that refuses to show legal electric bicycles as a SUBSET of the eBike Market, and that eBikes with 750 watts or more or that go over 20 mph with a throttle are VEHICLES: MOPEDS OR MOTORCYCLES and subject to those rules and vehicle codes…

So, ride a bike to "save the planet" vs. ride a bike for all the good
reasons that befall the individual.
But with that comes the obvious negatives of an unregulated, disruptive,
and potentially deadly new mode.

Those who put cultish planet saving over sensible life saving need to
seriously reassess their values. They also fail to understand the market
power driving the "ebike" trend.
