Just curious: Is there ANY data proving "bike lanes save lives?"
How bout a shirt that says, 
"Bike Lanes Help People Who 
Don't Bicycle 
Feel Better About the Bicycling 
They Don't Do."

Why not use ELECTRIC BICYCLE instead of trying to stop others using "EBIKE". Use e-Moped use e-Motorcycle. Everyone know a "motor bike" is not a bicycle but IS a Bike... If an electric bicycle fits the standards, it is a legal electric bicycle, and is also an ebike. If an over powered high speed emoped is sold, it is illegal and has no VIN, but IS also an eBike. The Fraud is pretending it is an electric bicycle at the point of sale and the CPSC should step up to the challenge.
