The integration of CocoonJS with facebook can be done through extensions.

I've downloaded the File and it isn't connecting to my facebook through System 

Can u provide me a blog/tutorial were you have integrated a CAAT developed app using CoCoonJS

In order to connect to your session, you need a facebook developer
account, register an app, and after that, create a customCocoonJS
launcher to test your configuration issues.

But this is not the forum to discuss that ;-)
