I am taking an ethics class and need to write a paper on a state
credentialing board. One of the points that I have to cover is: A
description of the complaint process, from of initial receipt of a
complaint to its final adjudication, and the typical number of
complaints process per month and what is the most common kinds of
complaints and ethical violations investigated by the board as well as
their outcomes.

I do not see any of this info on the CAADE web site, any suggestions
where I might find this?

Greetings,

You can start here:

http://www.adp.cahwnet.gov/feedback/feedback.shtml

This will lead you to the California Department of Alcohol and Drug
Programs. I will also let the CAADE Executive Director aware of this.
I will see what I can do to get you the information you need.

easiest way to get all the answers is to call the ADP complaint line:
916) 322-2911 (public number)
(877) 685-8333 (toll free complaint number)

if that doesn't work, email me at j...@familyintervention.com

thank you:

What they were able to tell me was of some help. I was told that all
complaints have to do with misconduct and violations of the codes of
ethics and or title 9, chapter 8. Unfortunately, and I can understand
the confidentiality problem, they could not supply information on "the
most common kind of complaints and violations they investigated.
