The Chartered Accountants Association, Ahmedabad (CAAA) is delighted to invite you to a special technical evening curated exclusively for our members, bringing together insightful discussions on both tax jurisprudence and the future of professional practice.
The highlight of the evening will be a session by Senior Advocate Shri Saurabh Soparkar, who will deliberate on select landmark judgments of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India that have significantly shaped India’s taxation landscape. His perspective will help members understand the evolving judicial approach to taxation and its practical implications for professionals advising clients in a rapidly changing regulatory environment.
The program will also feature an engaging session on technology in professional practice, focusing on how Chartered Accountants can effectively leverage emerging tools and systems to improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, and create greater value for clients in the years ahead. We will have an established dignitary lead this session, which will highlight how our professional practice is changing in today's era of technological advancement.
Members may recall that this program was originally planned as part of the Association's Foundation Day celebrations but had to be postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. We are now pleased to host this program as a continuation of that initiative, ensuring that the intended learning and engagement with members takes place.
On this special occasion, we will also formally unveil the 75th Year Logo of CAAA, which will be launched by Senior Advocate Shri Saurabh Soparkar. This will mark a proud moment for our Association as we celebrate this important milestone year in our journey.

The event will be followed by dinner and networking.
Note: Members who had already registered for the event originally scheduled on 15 December are not required to register again. Their earlier registration will automatically remain valid for this program.
