As part of our Future Friday initiative, we are pleased to share the following professional opportunity for Chartered Accountant firms:


📌 Organisation: Baroda Global Shared Services Ltd. (A subsidiary of Bank of Baroda)

🔹 Opportunity: Appointment of Internal Auditor (CA Firm)

🔹 Scope of Work:
Internal audit covering review of financial statements, financial reporting framework, audit reporting, evaluation of internal controls, compliance with laws and regulations, governance review, audit of bank transactions, and operational areas including HR & payroll, procurement, fixed assets, receivables, payables, and administrative functions, as defined in the RFP.

🔹 Contract Period:
2 Years (FY 2026-27 & FY 2027-28)

🔹 Mode:
E-Tendering through GeM Portal (QCBS – 70% Technical | 30% Commercial)

🗓 Last Date & Time for Submission:
25.04.2026 up to 5:00 PM

🗓 Bid Opening Date & Time:
25.04.2026 at 5:30 PM 

🔹 Key Eligibility Criteria:
• CA Firm registered with ICAI with minimum 5 years of continuous practice
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar audit services (Govt/PSU/Banking sector preferred)
• Average annual turnover of
50 lakhs in last 3 financial years
• Minimum 4 FCA partners and adequate staff strength
• Office setup in Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar with required professional team
• Firm should not be blacklisted by any authority

🔹 Location of Assignment:
Gujarat (Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar – as per BGSSL operations)
