🔹 Scope
of Work:
Internal audit covering review of financial statements, financial reporting
framework, audit reporting, evaluation of internal controls, compliance with
laws and regulations, governance review, audit of bank transactions, and
operational areas including HR & payroll, procurement, fixed assets,
receivables, payables, and administrative functions, as defined in the RFP.

Period:
2 Years (FY 2026-27 & FY 2027-28)
🔹 Mode:
E-Tendering through GeM Portal (QCBS – 70% Technical | 30% Commercial)

Eligibility Criteria:
• CA Firm registered with ICAI with minimum 5 years of continuous practice
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar audit services
(Govt/PSU/Banking sector preferred)
• Average annual turnover of ₹50 lakhs in last 3 financial years
• Minimum 4 FCA partners and adequate staff strength
• Office setup in Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar with required professional
team
• Firm should not be blacklisted by any authority
🔹 Location
of Assignment:
Gujarat (Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar – as per BGSSL operations)
