With the recent changes to Companies Act our responsibilities have increased many fold and these responsibilities are not only limited to auditing but it has given a holistic change to our Reporting requirements. We are organizing this Study Circle Meeting to discuss on all such recent changes to Companies Act which have its impact to Audit Reporting Requirements.
