🔹 Scope:
- Review and analysis of IT notices for AY 2017–18 & AY 2021–22
- Filing compliances, rectifications, and condonation applications
- Representation before IT Department for demand removal
- Ensuring
compliance within specified timelines
🔹 Financial Years Covered: AY 2017–18 and AY 2021–22
🔹 Contract Period: 1 Year (or until removal of demand notice, whichever earlier)
🔹 Eligibility: - Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Registered with ICAI (Category III or above)
- Average annual turnover of at least ₹15 lakhs in last 3 FYs (2021-22 to 2023-24)
- At least 2 CAs as partners/employees
- Must
have an office in Gujarat
