📌 Organisation: Panchayats and Rural Housing Department, Government of Gujarat (Gandhinagar)

🔹 Opportunity: Financial Audit Services – Review of Financial Statements (Bid No: GEM/2026/B/7336476)

🔹 Eligibility:
• CA Firm / CAG Empanelled Audit Firm
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar services
• Minimum average annual turnover of
30 Lakhs (last 3 years)
• Experience with Central/State Government Organizations / PSUs

🔹 Scope of Work:
Review of financial statements as per Scope of Work including audit of financial reporting, internal controls, compliance with laws and regulations, risk management, fraud investigation, governance review, bank transactions, and system/process evaluation. The assignment also includes monthly progress reporting, MIS reporting, and post-audit support.

🔹 Assignment Period:
1 Year (including post-audit support of 12 months)

🔹 Evaluation Method:
Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) – 50:50 (Technical: Financial)
Minimum qualifying technical marks: 65

🔹 Estimated Bid Value:
15,00,000

🔹 EMD:
45,000

🔹 Mode of Application:
Online through GeM Portal (Two Packet Bid System)

🗓 Bid Timeline:
• Bid End Date: 24.03.2026 (till 7:00 PM)
