Dear Members,

I want to bring an important matter to your immediate attention.

Our Association's email group has recently been subjected to an unauthorised spam attack. As a result, a series of emails, which were not sanctioned or sent by the Association or its office-bearers, have been circulated to members. We regret to inform you that some of these emails may have inadvertently contained confidential Association-related information.

We want to be transparent with you: this is a serious matter, and we are actively working to contain the situation and restore the security of our communication channels.

In the interest of the Association and your own privacy, we kindly request you to:

1. Immediately delete any suspicious or unsolicited emails received from this group in the recent past.
2. Do not click on any links, buttons, or attachments contained in those emails.
3. If in doubt about whether an email is genuine, please contact the Association office before taking any action.
4. Kindly also check your sent/forwarded folders to ensure your own accounts have not been affected.

We sincerely apologise for any distress or inconvenience this may have caused. 

The Association values your trust and the confidentiality of all member information above all else.
