NOTICE

 

 

Notice is hereby given that 75^th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Association will be held on Saturday, 2nd May, 2026 at 6.00 P.M. at “HT Parekh Hall, AMA”, Opp. Apang Manav Mandal, Ahmedabad – 380015 to transact the following business:

 

1.            To distribute awards for best articles in Ahmedabad Chartered Accountants Journal for the year 2025-26.

2.            To read and approve the minutes of 74^th Annual General Meeting.

3.            To receive, consider and adopt the report of the Executive Committee, the Audited Accounts for the year ended on 31^st March 2026 and Auditor’s report  thereon.

4.            To elect President, Vice President & Two Honorary Secretaries and Nine Members of Executive Committee for the Year 2026-27.

5.            To appoint the Auditors for the year 2026-27.

6.            To transact any other business with the permission of Chair.
