A major graphics company in Burbank, CA is searching for both a Jr and Sr UNIX Graphics Software Engineer. This position will require creating and maintaining UNIX graphics software written in C/C++.
The successful candidate must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, a minimum of two years of UNIX-based work experience, C/C++ experience, object oriented design, GUI, experience developing software that manipulates 2-D bitmap images, and experience working in mixed Macintosh/Windows/Unix environments. Skills that will be considered a plus are Metrowerks CodeWarrior for Linux, User-level experience with a range of paint, image manipulation, publishing, asset management, or video editing applications and utilities.
